App Unstable / Keeps Crashing

If you're constantly experiencing problems with the app or crashes try one or more of the following:

  • Check the app store to make sure you have the latest update of Tize in the app store

  • Reset your phone

  • Delete all the sounds and re-download them

  • Backup all of your projects, completely uninstall and reinstall Tize

 

If none of these steps work please contact us at tizeapp@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  • iPhone Model

  • iOS version

  • Any error message you may be recieving

  • Detailed steps on how to reproduce the error
