App Unstable / Keeps Crashing

If you're constantly experiencing problems with the app or crashes try one or more of the following:

  • Check the app store to make sure you have the latest update of Tize in the app store

  • Reset your phone

  • Delete all the sounds and re-download them

  • Backup all of your projects, completely uninstall and reinstall Tize


If none of these steps work please contact us at and provide the following information:

  • iPhone Model

  • iOS version

  • Any error message you may be recieving

  • Detailed steps on how to reproduce the error

Why Are My Songs Crashing When I Open Them?

There was a bug in iOS 11 that caused some sounds to crash. To fix this try deleting all of your sounds or backing up all of your songs and deleting the app and reinstalling the app. If you have any other questions please contact us at and we'll get this figured out for ya!
